Court Obsession

Court Obsession took over Vienna for a weekend in October. 36 players, two coaches, a Players’ Night and a collective inability to leave the court alone.

Saturday started with drinks, snacks and touch tennis at the beautiful office from our friends at AANDRS. Mostly drinks, then increasingly competitive touch tennis. Turns out making the court smaller doesn't make people care less about winning.

On Sunday we moved to Tennis Point Vienna for three 90-minute sessions with Ashley Neaves aka The Tennis Mentor and Coach Hirsch. 12 players at a time, 36 in total. Forehands were hit, serves were discussed and several people received advice they will hopefully remember longer than the contents of the goodie bag.

The weekend also came with tickets to the Erste Bank Open at Marx Halle, our Serve & Reflect Tennis Journal and The Game Never Ends tote. Some players even got the chance to take the obsession one step further and play on a match court at the Erste Bank Open with The Tennis Mentor and Coach Hirsch.

Court Obsession was our attempt to give the thing we all spend far too much time thinking about a home for a weekend.
